Being an exhibitionist
Last week two of my pictures were hung in the "More Guys Hanging" photography exhibition at the Strand Gallery in Central London. They were two images I took as part of a commission to shoot underwear for the US underwear company called Body Aware. A typical product shoot with a totally ripped professional male model but we let our hair down at the end of the shoot with some more creative editorial shots. As you do. They are presented 'as shot' aside from a little overall levels adjustment. Seems there really are that many muscles in your abs. Who knew?

Adam Portfolio Shoot 3
I have been working with Adam developing his portfolio. Vanity Fair and Vogue stylist Michael Dye lent a hand today aiming to get some good editorial shots. I think we did ok.
Scary and full of promise
It's very like shooting in a studio, is this first ever blogspot entry. A big white space and infinite possiblities. Marshalling the thoughts into a sensible order, ideas brimming up and being washed away by other more insistent ideas. Much like the white box shoot, I will no doubt get into a groove and produce some stunning visual imagery and hopefully some thought provoking word craft too. Highs. Lows. Good. Bad. Right. Wrong. All matters of opinion. I trust you will find something to inspire you here. I certainly will.
